The Provider Portal is the back-office platform used by the service provider (the company that owns and operates the VoiceCenter platform) to manage all clients, numbers, billing, telecom operations, and compliance across the entire platform.

What You Can Do from the Provider Portal

The provider portal covers five main areas:

  1. Client Management — Create tenants, manage accounts, credit wallets, assign numbers, and drill into client configurations. See Client Management.

  2. Number Operations — Purchase numbers into inventory, manage the number estate, fulfill client requests, and track orders. See Platform Operations.

  3. Billing and Revenue — View invoices and usage across all clients, manage rate decks that control call pricing, and monitor wallet transactions.

  4. Telecom Controls — Manage SIP trunks, verify caller IDs, set fraud limits, block destinations, validate emergency addresses, and inspect routing rules.

  5. Administration — Manage internal provider users, assign roles, and review audit logs.

Provider staff see data across all clients. Client data is always tenant-scoped at the API level, so each client only ever sees its own resources in the client portal.

Getting Started as a Provider

  1. Log in to the provider portal

Navigate to the provider portal URL and sign in with your provider credentials. If you have forgotten your password, use the password recovery flow.

  2. Review the dashboard

The provider dashboard shows a high-level snapshot: active clients, number inventory, revenue indicators, and operational health.

  3. Create your first client

Go to Admin > Create New Client to onboard a new company. This creates a tenant in the system. See Client Management for details.

  4. Provision and assign numbers

Go to Numbers > Buy to add numbers to your inventory, then assign them to clients from the inventory page. See Platform Operations.

  5. Configure telecom controls

Set up rate decks, fraud limits, and blocked destinations before clients start making calls. See Platform Operations.
